PLEASE READ: First day me and my boyfriend move in we find a roach infestation the fallowing day we find out someone is siphoning our electricity. Talk about unlivable conditions. I was constantly cleaning and bombing the house. The lights flickered with our electricity being stolen. Matel didn't do anything to fix the problem, didn't help us find a new place and took money out of our deposit while we only lived there a month and all that needed to be done was mop. They told us until the first we were responsible for the property and they cleaned it without our consent before that thus subtracting money from the deposit. DON'T GO THROUGH MATEL! This isn't even there address but it is there phone number.

If I could give a zero I would. My family and I are homeless with an eviction on our name because of them. They are rude, unprofessional, liars who have no heart. Rebbeca the manager sat two houses down in her car and watched as the sherriff put me my husband and our two toddler daughters out of the house because they rented us a home that was uninhabitable and they did nothing to fix it so my husband fixed the things that where wrong. Not only did they not help us in anyway they got a free fence put up by my husband and every window fixed as well with a new screen on it. Money that had to be takin from my childrens mouth and yet they didn't care at all. Matel has no idea how they have effected my family. We where evicted on Sept. 8th 2016, four days before my daughters 3rd birthday(which

if i can give this place a zero i would they are very rude we rented from them for a long time and didn't even bother them but when we did neded things to get fix they always complained and gave us an attitude. there is a guy working here when my septic tank needed to be empty out i had to call 3 times and when i told him he said well you have to wait now till monday and in the mean while what amni suppose to doni told him he said TELL YOUR NEIGHBOORS TO LET YOU USE THE BATHROOM in a very rude way. also the girls there dont greet you at all they are always staring at you like i hate this job buy i need the money i mean if they are not friendly why do they work there thanks to people like us that rent there thats how they get there money they need better cuatomer service i would not recome
