They delete reviews. Avoid this place at all cost or it will cost you . Your property and safety are at stake! Management will bully you. They won’t protect you every week crime is being committed on this property. I can fully attest to this. My property was broken into and my property was stolen. The management done nothing they offer cheap rent, you get cheap residence with it. This place is not safe. I’ve been assaulted. My neighbor was attacked by a dog. My property was broken into.! Stay safe move somewhere else

The reviews are lying , this place is rarely maintained let along giving their tenants running heat and air . For heating that you have to pay for when the bill goes up mind you’re bill goes up , the pest control is garbage literally. They have a major roach infestation along with a rat problem that only gets worse they do month long revisions that don’t help the tenant its only cosmetic , there are horrible mold issues , trash problems and don’t get me started on parking this property and the fox run property are horribly ran and is a walking code violation DONT waste your money paying anything over 1,000 here is not worth it.

I scheduled a tour and drove 30 minutes just to be told right when i walk in, by an annoyed woman that she doesn’t have anything available to tour or rent. Plus the outside of this place looks trashed/abandoned. Don’t allow people to schedule tours if you’re just going to turn them away after they drive to your property.

Over priced. Bugs not clean. Living area is large only plus. Welcome to the hood.

Cozy place to live there was a problem with flooding was taken care of within 12 hours I give it 5 out of 5 Stars a great place to live I only hang up is 24-hour laundry? People work live sleep all times of the day it only makes sense to have amenities that work throughout all times of the day otherwise great place great management
