I’ve had a great experience living at Matador Apartments. The community is well maintained, quiet, and feels safe, which is very important to me and my family. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the grounds are always kept clean. The management and staff are friendly, professional, and responsive whenever an issue comes up. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and communication has always been clear and helpful. Overall, Matador Apartments has been a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.

Liliana, is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about both residents and prospects. You can tell she runs the community with pride and attention to detail. Melissa was also wonderful to work with — friendly, responsive, and super helpful throughout the touring and leasing process. She answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. The community itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, and the overall vibe is exactly what you want in a place to call home. Highly recommend The Matador if you’re looking for great service and a fantastic living experience!

I really enjoy living in these apartments. The community is well maintained, and the office team is always professional, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance staff also does an excellent job, they are responsive, efficient, and respectful. Special shoutout to Property Manager Liliana, for BEST customer service AND Melissa and Sieanna , for their outstanding support and dedication. They truly make a difference and help create a great living experience. Highly recommended.

I have been a resident at The Matador since October, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. First, management has made my legally protected Emotional Support Animal accommodation unnecessarily difficult. I provided documentation from a licensed healthcare professional in compliance with federal fair housing guidelines, yet the process has been delayed with repeated additional verification demands that go beyond what HUD guidance requires. Instead of handling this respectfully and efficiently, the situation has felt adversarial and drawn out. Beyond that, safety at this property is a serious concern. My van has been broken into, and multiple other vehicles in the community have also been targeted. In one incident, a neighbor’s vehicle battery was ripped out. There have also

Honestly! The property is gorgeous! The staff is so friendly and attentive. Special shout out to the Community Manager- Liliana for making sure that move in was seamless from start to finish- even with construction happening in other areas of the building. Now that it’s finished it’s peaceful and pretty! I love the cabinetry and how spacious the apartment is. I highly recommend Matador!
