Great family community with winter and summer season activities. Winter Sports, two pools, Lake Beach and river park on the Delaware.

Charged $30 for passes for the paddleboat, but the lake was unstaffed when we went to use them during normal operating hours. Then charged a $20 fee for not returning the plastic cards.

I am giving 2 stars because the pool itself is nice, but man was this place terrible. As the previous poster said, the folks who work here are shockingly rude. Front desk management, the lifeguards, even the servers at the pool make faces at patrons behind their backs. The "store" (the only one for miles) is empty. There are no locker rooms, but when I tried to put my 2 year old in his swim diaper, I got yelled at and was redirected to a small, filthy, crowded bathroom. You have to bring your own chair from home for the kid-friendly area. The food is really bad, but you have to leave the complex completely if you want to eat your own. Just really unpleasant and frankly anti-family.

Nice casual place to eat. Onion soup real good.

I rented a house in this community for a birthday weekend. The on site management was incredibly rude. I had to interact with a woman named Judy to get amenity passes, and I have never felt more disrespected and unwanted in my life. I would give 0 stars if google allowed!
