I'm currently renovating a house that Masada sold me, and I'm appalled by the quality of the work. The renovations they completed were shoddy at best. The bathrooms were finished with plain Sheetrock and lacked any waterproofing, leading to mold and insect issues under the tiles. I strongly advise against purchasing any property that has undergone renovations managed by them. While the exterior might seem appealing, the quality of the renovation work is subpar and poorly executed.
