Mason Street Flats

I’ve been living at the Mason Flats for a little over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. The location is amazing, my unit is exactly what I was looking for, and the staff is so helpful. Jose, Elaina, Kevin, and Ellie have made my experience living here a dream. 10/10 recommend!

I have really enjoyed living here. Pros: convenient downtown location that’s walking/biking distance from most places, great restaurants in the neighborhood, paid safe parking, excellent maintenance and emergency maintenance team, quiet neighbors on my floor, secure building, pet friendly, in unit washer and dryer, good dishwasher, hot water doesn’t run out, rent is easy to pay online, modern design. Cons: rent has risen 9% over the past two years and keeps rising faster than my pay, high tenant turnover, $50 a month for cable I don’t use, apartment is right next to the railroad tracks, lots of construction sites in the surrounding area, things break too often for how new the building is, hallway occasionally smells like weed from one of neighbors who smokes marijuana in their unit. Couldn't ask for a better location living on the North side of Old Town, and not far from the CSU campus. Spacious and nice apartments and I really enjoyed the covered parking. The management team is very helpful and quick in responding to any issue, I especially had amazing help From Elli Carman who works for the property management team. I needed to move in last minute and Elli found a spot for me with little to no complications in a very timely manner. Would recommend!

Me and my wife have lived here two years now, and absolutely love it. It's really close to everything down town, and the faculty is absolutely amazing. Chad and Brittany do an incredible job assisting with questions, and are super friendly. You literally can not have a better staff. Maintenance, if needed, is also extremely timely and friendly as well. If you're looking at living down town, you can not go wrong with these apartments.

I am very pleased with how helpful the leasing team (Elaina Rivera & Elli Carman) have been since moving in not too long ago. Besides being able to find me the perfect apartment last minute, they made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Any inconveniences I come across have been swiftly corrected by them and I couldn't ask for much more than that!
