Customer Reviews
I had a great experience working with Justice, one of the leasing agents here. She has been incredibly helpful and truly went out of her way to make my moving transition as smooth and comfortable as possible. She's always responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled. Her support made a stressful process so much easier, and I’m really grateful for her help. Highly recommend working with Justice!
I have been living at the Mason Oliver for about two years now (in both buildings). Before the new management change, there were minor cleanliness issues, however, it has just gotten worse. They have recently "upgraded" the carpets to light wood floors... which are always dirty. Dog pee by the elevators, scuff marks, shoe prints everywhere. It is evident that the upkeep of building 12 has gone down hill, yet, they want to raise rent prices? When I walk out of the elevator that leads to the garage, the smell of dog pee hits me every time. The apartment itself is nice and maintenance is quick, but the hallways, the elevators, and the huge amount of grasshoppers that engulf the pool area at night during the summer makes it very hard to appreciate the positives. I do not recommend living her
Stay away!! Has completely changed since new management!!! Lived here for 1.5 years. Completely has changed. The initial management was pretty good actually as reviews below say but about 6 months ago they were taken over by grey star and it went down in the dumps. First of all, the main elevator was broken for 2 months. People with disabilities had issues. People moving in and out also had issues since the garage elevator is very far for some apartments. One week the main elevator and the garage elevator near us was done, so people moving out had to walk even more. 2/3 elevators were down back in November. We had issues where instacart food delivery could not get in on the weekend because no one is there sundays. We asked them to unlock the area so garage could work and they refused to
This apartment complex is not worth the money! Especially if you live in building 11. There is never any management in building 11 so all the tenants just do whatever they want. The office/ community area is usually dirty, trash cans full. The little coffee area is messy and No visitor parking, so whenever anybody has any guests over those people park in our spots that we pay for and management does nothing about it. There is a clear difference between building 11 and building 12. Don’t waste your time and money at Mason Oliver apartments!
I’d love to give this complex more stars as they have been better. I’ve been living here over 3 years and the first 3 were fine but this year mason Oliver has seen some changes. Firstly, there is a new management company that has increased rent, and also revoked the flex pay for residents that need financial assistance. On top of that the amenities are constantly broken and what used to be quick fixing has turned into slow limbo with us residents having no way to know when repairs will be made. Currently BOTH elevators are broken and the air conditioning is out in parts of the complex. They also do not enforce the pet sanitation policy as they used to so now residents are allowing their animals to urinate and defecate in areas not usually permitted such as hallways, in elevators(when they
