Jolie has been an amazing leasing agent and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She’s incredibly helpful, has a great personality, and is genuinely kind plus she’s funny, which made everything feel so much more comfortable. As a new resident, I have zero complaints, and I really appreciate how attentive and professional she’s been not only to me but the other residents as well. Apartment hunting can be daunting but Jolie's kindness, humility, gratitude, and genuine spirit was very much appreciated. Jolie was very consistent in communicating with me when it came to my accommodation preferences and the application process. She even went out of her way to send a virtual tour (which she did herself) to my email to help make the process easier. Even though I did not become a resident, Jolie's patience and warmth made this entire process extremely worthwhile. Continue to love what you do Jolie!

I lived here for 18 months and would highly recommend it to younger residents who love city living and an active nightlife. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, though cleanliness was sometimes inconsistent. A new management company took over a few weeks ago, and they’ve already been doing an incredible job shifting the vibe of the community. The entire new team has brought so much light and positive energy to the building—this place has serious potential. My biggest complaints were the parking (or lack thereof), the valet trash company, and Benny—the notoriously rude maintenance guy. Huge thank-you to Jolie for always making me smile and to Ty for patiently answering all 100 of my questions. Wishing the Mason nothing but the best!

I had such a great experience working with Jolie at the leasing office! She made the entire move-in process so smooth and easy. If I could give zero stars, I would. We’ve lived in this apartment for almost a year, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. There has been constant noise nearly every day, whether it’s loud neighbors, hallway disruptions, or general building noise, peace and quiet is non-existent. The trash room has been a recurring issue. There were several times it was so overfilled we couldn’t even open the door all the way, which eventually led to our apartment getting infested with gnats. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The pool? Always dirty. It’s clear that regular maintenance isn’t a priority, despite the high rent. This place is advertised as “luxury,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. We’re paying way too much to be living in such uncomfortable and poorly ma
