If anyone is considering moving here, I highly recommend this community. I have lived here for the past few years and have had a consistently positive experience. The Assistant Manager, Bridget, has been especially helpful and attentive. She communicated clearly throughout my recent transfer request and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The leasing office is also very responsive and addresses any concerns promptly, which I truly appreciate. 😇😇😇😇 10 out of 10!!!

I met Brianna while I was working my second job at the Circle K gas station on Eldorado and I asked her for a sample of the hot wings that I was sampling she told me she shouldn't because she's at least an agent and it's too early in the morning for hot wings. That's when I inquired of where she's a leasing agent at that's what she told me she worked at Mason's apartment home and I told her I I'm looking for an apartment home. She asked was I actively looking. I said yes, so she told me to come by and come check them out which I did once I got off of work. I came in to explore the possibility of moving in, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, Brianna made me feel extremely welcomed. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out and made a great impression on me. Because of her, I am strongly considering making this my new home and am just working to see what best fits my needs. This property has got to be one of the best kept secrets in Mckinney! I have been a Free Apartment Locator, for the last 25 years and this property stands out to me, I talk to a lot of Apartments daily, and The Mason just goes above and beyond for all its residents and anyone who tours . They’re usually doing great specials and they will do their very best to get you approved .Their apartments are gorgeous. They all have Wood floors, Quartz Countertops, Black/Stainless Appliances,Garden tubs, Alarms, and the property has Access Gates. Their 1 bedrooms are under $1200, 2’s under $1500 and 3 bedrooms under $1900. If you go on their website, you can check out their cool virtual tours. Brianna was amazing. But I will give potential future residents an immediate warning. On top of the $50 non refundable application fee, they want a $200 holding fee upfront paid through debit. If you decide to change your mind about living there or are not accepted. They MAIL YOU A CHECK for the $200 they demand you pay through debit/credit to your old address that SHOULD arrive within 30 days instead of just putting it back into your bank account. This is the most ignorant thing I've ever heard of. As I'm relocating and don't even live at that address anymore. Also it's 7 hours away from this place. What a scam. Had I known I would NOT have gone through with the application. But they don't tell you that upfront. So I'm here to tell you now. Also the pool is disgusting and looks like it
