I can't say enough about Mary and all she did to help me and my mom sell our villa very quickly. My mom had been very ill and I was overwhelmed and having a rough day and sitting on my curb and Mary flung her heels off and sat down beside me to help me through it. I will never forget that. She and her husband, Chris are a great team together! She took charge of everything. All those minor items the inspector brought up I couldn't even tell you what they entailed because Mary dealt with all of it. Mary was terrific. We purchased new construction and she helped us work with the builder to get what we wanted. She tried to intercede when she could to make things easier for us. Further, once the house was completed, she arranged to have an inspector come to the house for a final inspection. She was always super professional, responsive to our needs, and easy to work with.
