Had to break lease due to absolutely horrible conditions in our apartment that actually contributed to my daughter getting sick after reporting multiple times about mold, storm damage from a tornado for 7 months that was told “yeah we will get it repaired soon” for the past 6 months, oh let’s not forget being without AC for almost 2 months off and on causing heat related issues in my own health, reported rodents in attic several times, downstairs neighbors smoke weed that the smell comes into our apartment Would definitely recommend looking at a different company in Ada if you choose to rent.
