The customer service provided by Mary was extremely lacking and rude. When I reached out to her a few weeks ago to inquire about being added to a list of new construction communities in my area, her response lacked any form of greeting or basic customer service etiquette. Instead, she immediately insisted that I speak with her lender to get pre-approved, without addressing my initial request. She has yet to respond to my follow-up email sent to her. Her page states that she is professional, responsive, and attentive; however, this was not my experience. This approach was unlike anything I've experienced from a real estate agent.
