If you are selling a property with tenants NEVER hire Marty green! He lied to my landlord about me not letting him in for a showing when I simply asked for a different time. With being mid pandemic I was nervous about having my 4 children home while random people walked through the home I was still currently living in. Also I had 3 major surgeries in one day, while in recovery, stuck to laying on my couch not being able to walk up to my bedroom, he asked to do showings daily, when I said not until I was recovered (a few weeks) he lied to my landlord again and talked to me with such disrespect. Horrible Person and business owner!

This company discriminated against me a person of a different ethnic background. One of their female agents straight violated Fair housing laws by refusing to rent and lying about the conditions of a listed property and the capacity of occupancy. When I went to ask the town about the problem she spoke about on the property, they know nothing of it! It’s unfortunate that we still have such occurrences these days, but this company makes it real.
