Martin's Landing Apartments

Has no respect with families with disabled children. They are by far the worst place only care about money. I hope they the people with austic kids seek legal matter against you all.

Recently renovated apartments and homes, very responsive maintenance and management department. The only thing I might complain about is the inspections, they seem to be constant, otherwise not a bad place to live. I live in one of the homes, beautiful area, manageable rent.

I have lived at Martins Landing for almost 15 Years. I know all the staff here.They are very helpful and try to make life here easy. The grounds are very well kept and pleasant to look at. They make sure that all appliances are repaired with in hours of problem. They make sure that the parking lot is cleared within hours of snow storms so you don't miss work. I like almost all the people that live here. The pool and handball court is a plus. In closing they take good care of the people here. I can't say enough about our resident manager. She is kind and treats everyone fair and like family. What I am saying come check us out you will find a great place to live. Thanks

I would have gave it a five-star rating but I feel that nothing is perfect. The staff and the amenities are totally awesome. Where else could you live and don't have to have a gym membership. Have 24-hour maintenance service and a very helpful staff. I had a mishap with my carpet had to get it cleaned so I called the office to ask who they use. They tell me All Pro carpet cleaning. I called to which I got a very quick response told him I needed my carpet cleaned ASAP. He got here in a very timely manner was very professional and very neat and cleaned. He did an awesome job on the carpet. It was exceptional work. He was very careful with my belongings and you would not have it even known he was here, if it weren't for the clean carpet that he left behind thank you so much for all the things

Martin Landing has become my family, I truly appreciate how much they do out of the kindness of their heart. I appreciate how they shovel us out of our parking lot and maintenance always answer emergency calls and come right away and call before they come. The office crew is so pleasant and very helpful. I am so happy to had chosen to live here. They also make sure that the property is always clean and safe for us. Thanks Martin Landing for all your love and help for the 6 years I’ve been here.
