Martin was referred to us by a friend. We wanted to relocate to the Ft. Lauderdale area. Martin was wonderful. Looking for a new home can be very stressful. We got ourselves in a situation where we were facing homelessness if she did not find a condo ,1300 miles away in Fort Lauderdale within 30 days. Martin was a referral from a friend we had down there. He was great. When we first talked on the phone, he agreed to give us his full time commitment for the 2 weeks we planned to be there to look at houses. He listened to our needs, wants and dislikes and when we arrived, he had a nice list of homes for us to see. He adjusted the list as we moved through it, adding new ones and taking away others based on our feedback on each one we saw. We made an offer on one, even with the hot market, he pushed us to come in low and ave some money. The inspector he got us found problems with that unit so we were back in town a week later continuing our
