We were first time home buyers and we were in the market for something a bit more modern. We came with a list of requirements and Marty was able to quickly get a couple of listings and options in front of us with appointments for us to visit. This greatly helped as it shortened our search process. One key point to call: Marty was able to show up to all listings and helped us navigate the conversation with different questions to ensure we were getting the most out of what was being offered at each listing. Marty is the greatest! I worked with Marty a few years back when I bought our first (and current) home. Fast forward to now, after my Dad passed, we had to sell his house.
