Bought up the Sonoma properties and jacked up the prices 200 dollars. You can't get ahold of anyone and if you need to pay online they charge you an extra 10 dollars. Did not honor the previous owners lease and charged me for my time even though my lease said I had 30 days to move after the lease was up. I rented from this management company at their Poteau property for approximately 4–5 years. Upon moving in, the unit had not been cleaned and the walls had multiple stains. After notifying management, I was told maintenance would provide paint—maintenance did drop off paint, but I was left to clean and paint the unit myself. Lawn care throughout my tenancy was inconsistent. At times, residents were mowing around their own areas due to lack of maintenance. The grounds were frequently littered with trash and dog waste. Absolutely worst management group in the state. Trash management. And there property manager at the poteu complex thinks because her dog is little, she doesn't have to clean up after herself and her little annoying yappy muts.

I rented from them and I had bugs that I had to pay for an extermination company to come out and spray because they said it was my responsibility even tho they sprayed the other 7 apartments in my building and I currently have a friend that is renting from them they are terrible my friend has black mold on her windows and water all over her floor she keeps mopping up the water and it just keeps coming they say they will come out and fix and they don't whatever you do absolutely do not rent from them they are slum lord's I hate that my friend is going through this and still having to pay rent on a p.o.s of an apartment and no where else to go cause rent is so high around fort smith

We rented from Marshalls for almost 2 years.. we had a house.. Heather was our agent.. and hands down she was fantastic.. we never really had to reach out .. maybe 3 maintenance issues.. and it was addressed within next day.. we just set our rent on auto pay .. they never harassed us or disputed any of our maintenance issues.. only reason we moved..was due to buying a home.. otherwise we wouldn't have moved 😊 again...
