It is nice the apartments are cool open floor plan. The staff is also very nice.

this is the type of stuff management lets people get away with here , its constantly trashed , and the kids of the apartment complex are never watched by parents and are allowed to do whatever they please , they even smashed this unauthorized vehicle up with rocks and now there is broken glass everywhere , i already had called prior to this incident to get the car towed and i was ignored, now it's a safety hazard , some food for thought before you move in here

After relocating to Florida and having a turbulent transition a blessing was sent in the form of an Apt manager Mrs Teresa was an absolute pleasure the entire process was yes after yes it was her duty to get my son and I also my friend and her children into place Thank you Mrs Teresa Many Blessing to you

heavy mold issue in all the apartments, and then they spray paint over everything to hide it. they also add many hidden and extra fees. do NOT move here and if you live here, move OUT!! you are breathing in literal fungi. these apartments are not safe.
