Marsden Place

PLEASE WILL THE OWNERS OF THIS PROPERTY REACH OUT!!! I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR BATHROOM REPAIRS FOR OVER A YEAR. I PAY MY RENT FAITHFULLY AND I CANT GET ANYTHING DONE!!!!!! AFTER WORKING A BUSY SCHEDULE I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GO TO THE RENTAL OFFICE AND TALK TO MO. I EMAILED PICTURES WITH NO RESULTS. I HAVE MOLD EVERYWHERE, THE PIPES ARE LEAKING. MY TUB NEEDS TO BE RE GLOSSED. I HAVE A DOOR 🚪 THAT IS A FIRE HAZARD! MY BATHROOM FLOOR STARTED LIFTING AND THE TILES ARE FALLING OUT THE WALL. FOR EVERY YEAR THAT I BEEN HERE I REQUESTED WORK BE DONE. FOR THE UP KEEP OF MY APARTMENT. THIS IS UNFAIR. PLEASE GET SOMEONE OUT NOW

Just moved in today. The lock on the door is broken and can easily just get kicked in. The fridge does not get cold. The ONE washer they have doesn’t even work the door doesn’t close. I seriously doubt someone really looked at this apartment before they said it was ready. Don’t take these apartments at face value if you’re looking. Even if everything worked the price for what you’re getting would be debatable. So the fact that there’s a handful of essentials broken or not working and we haven’t been here an hour yet is mind blowing.

My experience here was awesome. I was very blessed to have the only 3 bedroom. Nancy was there for my family without any questions. She’s is the best landlord and I will miss her

I lived with the management for about 4/5 years I never had any issues and if I did Nancy was on it . All of the staff there are very nice and helpful. Academy apartments 5/5 Marsden place 5/5 Thank you for working with me and addressing my concerns It’s much appreciated 🤗

Beautiful area and a great place to live. Nancy is always available to communicate any issues, and has been very helpful with getting things resolved. I have recommended to others looking for a nice quiet place to live.
