I had a fantastic experience renting my property through Mars Hill Realty. They are miles ahead of the first company I considered, 360 Properties in Cedar Park. Mars Hill rented out my property in just a couple of weeks—super fast! On the other hand, 360 Properties demanded an initial investment of $15,000 for upgrades using their contractors, which felt like a total scam. They insisted on unnecessary upgrades, such as painting and new flooring, which I had already completed just weeks before preparing the home for sale. It felt absurd, especially when they added charges like $10 per light bulb change, and $5 to replace a brand-new "Welcome" mat. They even wanted $15 to remove a board.
