Marquis on Memorial

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for a few months now, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. Initially, I met Michael and he gave an excellent tour and answered our questions. I haven’t had to make too many maintenance requests but when I have, the team is top-notch—quick to respond, professional, and always friendly. Any time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled promptly and correctly the first time. What really sets this place apart, though, is the office staff. Their communication is excellent—they’re always keeping residents informed, whether it’s about upcoming maintenance, community events, or just general updates. Checked out the Marquis at Memorial recently, and I was pretty impressed. The complex is well-kept, the location is solid, and the layout of the 2 bedroom is exactly what I’m looking for. The pool and common areas look nice, and the apartment itself had a good open feel. Definitely a good spot if you want something spacious and in a good area. Micheal showed me around and did a great job answering all my questions. Super helpful and made the process easy. Overall a great place with helpful staff - definitely considering it.

I recently moved into Marquis at Memorial, and I must say that Gina and the maintenance team have been incredibly helpful and have exceeded my expectations for customer service. Their prompt responses to work orders and effective communication with the property manager have been impressive. The property is ideally located, very quiet, and has a welcoming, close-knit atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family. 10/10 would recommend!

We visited Marquis at Memorial and loved the grounds. Our lease is ending soon, and we are looking for a larger 2/2 options for our family and this community is perfect. We are going back in May to tour the exact unit we are looking for. Gina was so wonderful, kind and patient with all of our questions and concerns we had for what we need in an apartment. She showed us the larger 2/2 with the loft and toured us around the pool and gym area as well. The grounds were very clean, nice and the area is exactly what we are looking for. The only con I would add is that I do wish they had a larger, more equipped gym area. But these are older apartments, and I understand.

When I moved to Marquis on Memorial, it went very smoothly and I was worry-free. Nice and quiet area. Great community, kind neighbors. And, the best management team. And you can thank Gina for all those wonderful things. She does a really good job. Any questions or concerns I’ve ever had, she’s taken care of me very well. I’ve looked at apartments all around Houston, but when I toured this location, that’s when I stopped searching. I knew this was the place. The apartments are also very spacious and well-maintained. This place is like a hidden gem or something.
