In Beaumont,Tx DO NOT stay here!Starcrest apartments When somethings wrong the only way to get contact with them is calling the office and if the people they hire is trash then you won’t be able to call corporate. I looked all over this internet and it’s nowhere to be found. Only numbers that lead to other stuff. It’s been going on three days since I went up to the office and talked to this light skinned woman and the darker complexion woman about what’s been going on outside lately. The best workers we had was Shawn and Glenda. I didn’t wanna have to do this but oh well. It’s been for days since and she didn’t call nor reached out to us. She told my other relative she told me what was going on when she specifically said she would call and didn’t. We shouldn’t have to constantly go up there

This company is horrible. I live in Western Pines in Oklahoma the property manager slap my name on a document dated for June gave it to me on July 7th so they could raise my rent on August 1st not giving me my 30 day notice.. The property management company is aware and doesn’t care. My neighbor harassed me, I had file a police report. I reported the manager in May for trying to raise my rent to HUD so to retaliate against me, she raised it in August without proper notification. She printed that fake document on July 7th and raised it on August 1st and then the manager moves this guy that exposed himself to me and my family, his relatives right next door in the vacant apartment next to me. They already lived on my left side now they are on my right and left. Putting me in between this

Marquis Asset Management needs to be held accountable for the mismanagement happening at Wesley Square Apartments—especially under the leadership of Property Manager Deaonca Bouguere. Earlier this month, my apartment flooded with brown water from above, destroying my children’s beds, clothes, and toys. The water damage compromised the walls, allowing rodents to enter, which led to a serious health incident involving one of my children. Despite immediately reporting the issue, management responded with delay, neglect, and no urgency whatsoever. Instead of taking decisive action, Ms. Deaonca Bouguere advised me to use rat traps—as if that was an acceptable solution for an active rodent infestation in a home with small children. When maintenance finally came, they left the job incomplete, a

Nope! They’ve had more managers here in my 3 years of living here than I’ve had partners! They claim that your rent is one price but then charge you $200 or more on the water bill, which they combine with your rent. I contacted the utility company about the price of the water bill and was told that they divide the water bill evenly into however many units are in that building. My building has 4 units, so my bill should have gone up or down when I was the only tenant in that building but it did not. Then I got two neighbors and just one available unit and my water bill remained the same. I called the utility company again and they claimed that the bill was correct. I don’t believe that for one moment because when I moved in here initially, my water bill was only $70. When I bring this up, t

Oh My Goodness! This company DOES NOT care about their workers and the tenants are another story!! Colonia Tepeyac Apartments in Dallas is unfit to live in. This company does not investigate employment situations, but instead swiftly reacts off hearsay letting good workers go. They will NOT pay reasonable salaries and want you to work yourself until you can't function anymore! Please don't call and complain to Human Resource about another worker, they will call them and tell that person word for word what you say. City of Dallas stay getting called, for this property (CT) being so unfit. I have added two photos of a unit I took when I was there. This is a mushroom with a stem growing from the kitchen ceiling. This is not a company to work or reside with!!! I hate I had to give 1 star.
