The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. The neighbors were welcoming, and I love that it’s a pet-friendly environment. The location is excellent — you don’t have to go far for anything, as shopping and restaurants are nearby. It truly feels like it has everything you need, and the staff is responsive and professional. Overall, it left a very positive impression on me.

Such a beautiful community with great amenities! My favorite is the gym & pool! Quincy and Stephanie are both great souls and genuinely care for the residents and the community! You can’t go wrong choosing Marquis at Silverton!

It’s very rare you can walk into a leasing office and automatically feel welcomed and right at home. I had the pleasure of working with Quincy &’ That was the experience that I had😊. From the beginning until move in, with his positive attitude / energy and communication! He’s great! Even the neighbors has been quite welcoming! Toured this property last week and was so impressed! The staff was very welcoming when I entered and I was able to meet with the community manager Stephanie who was super knowledgeable and made me feel like they really value their residents.

My experience with Marquis at Silverton was an interesting twenty days. In spite of the mishaps, I would like to give a huge kudos and appreciation too Laquence Danner. He has an extraordinary customer service skill that will wow you great transparency very well-groomed gorgeous smile and great personality. If you fail to get this representative while applying for living at the marquis , then you may be underserved. He shows a calm, composure and patience for dealing with customers. He speaks clearly so that it's understood. In my opinion he should not only be the face of the front but the leader of the facility. Thank you , quincy and team for your services.
