Thank goodness I am moving out in May this place is disgusting. I have repeatedly contacted management regarding trash and pet waste in the hallways and have been told to contact maintenance to have it cleaned up. I also reported a specific incident where a man with two Pomeranian dogs allowed them to urinate all over the hallway and was told to follow the individual back to their unit to report back! I shouldn’t have to investigate who this person is, they live on floor 2, I assume there’s not more than one person with two Pom dogs you can address. You’d expect that someone would be onsite to address these issues personally but their management is never here! Additionally no improvements have been made regarding signage so it’s a walking biohazard almost everytime you enter the garbage r
Scam! Scam! Scam! Don't come here! This place is a scam where they ran your credit and made you pay the credit fee, but their units are not move-in ready and cancelled your application at the last step before you even get to sign the contract. All the backgrounds check, and everything's has been cleared. The documents are signed. However, things change periodically here and no direct sale person to be reach. Unprofessional, unorganized, poor management and not doing proper inspection prior to put up for listing. Do not believe what they put on their rental site. This is my truly warming to prospective residents cuz they will screw you after you send out your move out notice! our encounter experience from 11/30/24-12/9/24. When we think everything's finalized since after all doc has b
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT allow yourself to become victim of a year long lease of stress. This place is beyond ghetto. I’ve had soooo many packages stolen, some by residents and some by random strangers who easily gains access from outside. Even their “secured” bike room was robbed and had many bikes including mine stolen from it. Their cameras are useless, response time from management is useless, and their favorite line to use is “we are not responsible for your stolen property, nor can we help you figure out who stole it”. Elevators go down at minimum twice a week. Cars are frequently broken into even behind a “secured” gate, which is broken pretty regular, which means anybody has access inside the garage. Animal urine is all over the place, including elevators when they do work. I was t
Andrew is an amazing Maintenance Supervisor! My roommate and I just moved in, and he is already making sure things are working. If not, he has been able to work through the issue and explain what has happened with a week’s turnaround time. The rest of the maintenance team also says hi and recognizes my dog every time we walk by! Check out this place!
Update - There's been A LOT of complaints about this place South Side - has construction going on for the next year or so North Side - Dark. No sun West Side - Train runs honking horn at all hours East Side - faces car mechanic Inside has dogs barking and college kids partying at all hours ---- Marquis is a modern apartment with tons of amenities slightly away from Japantown. Just walked in for a tour because I saw a studio for $2000/month and I was impressed. As the time of this writing, a ~500sqft studio goes for about ~$2050/month and ~700sqft goes for about $2450/month Pros - New! They opened in June 2015 so everything looks and smells new. Chances are you are the 1st or 2nd person to stay at your room. - Tons of amenities. Gym, Community Rooms, Library, Roof Top Fireplace, ma
