This place is absolutely horrible and a complete rip-off. The laundry room alone is a nightmare. The washers and dryers clearly never get maintained — they smell disgusting, leave a nasty odor on your clothes, and stain them. On top of that, management does not care at all if you are in the middle of washing. They will randomly lock the laundry room, leaving your clothes soaking wet inside overnight. There are NO posted hours anywhere, which says a lot about how poorly this place is run. Totally unprofessional and careless. The administration is useless. You report issues and nothing gets done. You are paying expensive rent plus “maintenance fees” for maintenance that does not exist. Everything is run down and neglected. The pet policy is a joke and completely unfair. Supposedly pets ar

Imagine you pay 2300 lets say 7k in total to move in… When you have a concern the manager never answers the phone/ voicemail is always full. Imagine you wash your clothes and the machines are constantly broken or takes your money…. Soap doesn’t dispense and people take out your clothes from the dryers and leave your underwear out in the open. Imagine you move in because you see that they have a pool but its only opened 2 month out the year and its from 9pm-4pm when kids get out of school at 3pm not open on the weekends and you cant have more than one guest at the pool. Cant have floaties or bring snacks. If management tried even a little to be likeable they would go a long way. Good thing im out this dump in two weeks ✌️

I lived here since 2000 and for the first 4 years it was OK then after that almost every five months the management would change and then 2012there was a huge bedbug problem all over the apartment and, The sad part is one of the managers even molested a little girl all they did was fire him and did not apologize or Express sympathy towards the family and ignored it like nothing happened. we were forced to move out after the bedbug problem because management did nothing to help, many tenants had to move out and leave their homes because some could not afford to heat treatments that would get rid of the bedbugs, and obviously neither did the management, not even a week after we had moved out after there was an active bedbug problem there was new tenant in the apartment, I sure hope that the
