Marquesa Isles by Neal Communities

I have now lived here for 2 months and am loving. No, the clubhouse is not too small. We have a monthly social there for residents and great pool and lounging areas, both shaded and sun. We currently have about 13 residences occupied and quite a few more sold and moving in soon!

Have lived here for two months. Dealing with Neal Communities will turn your dream home into a nightmare. Don't walk...Run. Poor construction and even worse customer service. If only their competence and quality were as high as their level of arrogance they might build and sell a decent home.

Already owned a beautiful 4bed 3 bath pool home in Naples but it was two stories and it was time to downsize. Our realtor showed us Marquesa Isles. The sales person was Marinalla. She showed us end unit lots and a Move In unit that was an end unit on a premium lot and long driveway. We really like the layout of our unit and as soon as she told us this is a natural gas and Non Comcast community, SOLD. She was no nonsense and honest. Unfortunately there were so many things that needed redone, replaced etc. because of a former employee but Jason DeBello the construction manager, immediately addressed several issues before closing and Tommy Mamone the Warranty Manager handled the rest of the list. It is still in staging . Only a couple homes to view. The models are beautiful and priced right. I believe the clubhouse is going to be way to small.

Gorgeous townhouse but prices have sky-rocketed the past 3-4 months. Should have bought in Feb or March
