I absolutely love living here! The location and amenities are fantastic- especially for the price. It’s 2 min walk to the gulch, so there is always something to do if you need to get out and about! Within the building, I really enjoy the pool, gym, and rooftop. The valet trash and package room are also fantastic perks that benefit my day to day! All of neighbors (and their pups) have always been so kind and welcoming. The building is well maintained and the front desk staff is always responsive to any needs or questions! It’s a great place to call home for Nash transplants like myself!

I shall start at the beginning. My partner booked this place for our much anticipated once in a lifetime visit to Nashville. Our flights were amazing, taxis etc. Then we get dropped off out side the apartment block, a key pad to the left hand side is all we can see , we had been given a code, so naturally thought that this would be the keypad to put the code number in, in order to gain access to the building. NOPE! You actually have to wait for someone to come out of the main door or blag your way in. The main entrance door has bits missing off it and has been victim to abuse. Finally we get into the block of apartments and make our way to the lift…. Several residents with dogs coming and going, one lady asked if we were Airbnb as she rolled her eyes. There is no other building manager or staff that can compete with Marq Music Row. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need and feel heard. They are friendly, polite, and fantastic people to be around. I never feel like I’m bothering them and things get taken care of immediately. Between the location and staff, I highly recommend living here.

Went by and visited this apartment complex two days ago & the customer service was amazing. Back in a few weeks hopefully I can sign the lease. Great job!

It’s been about a month since I moved to Marq Music Row from San Diego, and I absolutely love it here! The leasing staff are great, location is amazing, amenities are awesome, and I absolutely love my new apartment. Highly recommend if you are looking in the Music Row / Gulch / Midtown area.
