Disappointing Experience After the following interactions with the owner/management, I have to say that I would not consider living in any of these units. Unfortunately, the response he received from tenates was not satisfactory and raised several concerns about the quality of the living space. While I had initially been interested in the property, my expectations were dashed by the lack of transparency and unprofessional communication from the owner/management. It's clear that they are not prioritizing the needs and concerns of potential tenants. Given this experience, I would not recommend anyone to consider living in these units. ELM

Absolute rudest person I’ve ever come into contact with. Extremely unprofessional and condescending. Do not give this dude business. He’s the owner and manager and runs his business as if he were a king. Not a people person at all. Any little thing can and will set him off. Don’t let your kids rent from him it will be a nightmare. To address the response of not finding a name that has rented with them under the name doda Shane that is because I have a separate email because I would rather keep my name private in fear of retaliation from this company. Again, would not recommend.

Normally, I don’t write reviews. But knowing the difficulty of finding truthful apartment reviews without embellishment... I decided to actually write one. I stayed in one of Maroon and White duplexes for 1 year. I planned to stay longer… but had to move due to my job. During that time, I had 3 maintenance issues (Oven coil went bad, fridge stopped cooling, AC unit went out in the middle of July). All three issues were fixed within the first business day and Ardi had a team fixing the AC unit within 12-hours. While I may have been unlucky, maintenance issues pop up and I was impressed that Ardi handled everything promptly. Extremely unprofessional. I emailed about being interested in a house for rent in which a response saying that “there’s only 1 animal limit.” I asked a genuine simple question regarding there being two animals and one being an emotional support dog and received a rude and snappy response stating “then the dog is your 1 animal.” I responded with how I felt the email came across and he continued to belittle me and try and twist the situation. It’s sad that this man actually gets business and takes advantage of these young college kids. Do not rent from him. If this is how he gives off a first impression it only gets worse.
