The way my floors squeak in my brand-new home in Trout river station and I heard the same about The Bent Tree Community is UNBELIEVABLE!!! With many complaints, from all the residence of the squeaky homes, they refuse to do anything about it. Beware and don’t buy a Maronda Hut!!!!!!!!!

Be sure to think twice on this company. They do shady business. This is twice I’ve tried to do business with them and have been burned. They sold a house right from under me to sell it to someone else for more money. They claimed my previous home needed to be sold prior to entering into a contract with them. I was very clear and honest from the start and told them exactly when I was putting my house on the market. This was told multiple times to them and they allowed me to go under contract anyways, just to turn around and say it was a breach of contract. Beware, beware, beware! In the end my house was sold before they were even half way finished with the house and I was ready before they completed the house. I ended up purchasing from another builder. Would not recommend this builder.
