Marlow Apartments

I like the apartments here at Marlow they are nice and well maintained. Very good maintenance. Something I don't like is the parking lot, it is so small and the parking spaces are small too. I really avoid driving most days because the parking lot seems small. Claustrophobic stressful I love my apartment here, i do not love the parking lot. It's too small. It's unpredictable because the driving lanes are too small and the parking spots are too small. There's not enough room for everyone, makes things unpredictable. I really avoid driving most days just because of the parking lot here.

It was quite pleasant for me and my little boy. Quiet, family oriented, and located within multiple businesses. Not sure why others are leaving bad reviews. Manager has been nothing but helpfull and nice. Never had any bug issues. No complaints whatsoever.

If it were up to me I’d give this place 0 stars I lived at this place since I was a kid, and so far I’ve noticed management sucks workers are lazy , management are always rude &’ stuck up the environment around there is constantly horrible everyday you always hearing screaming , beating neighbors making noise no matter the time , cops having to come by constantly, there’s always garbage everywhere bugs, hardly parking at times, rent is way to high etc. I just wouldn’t recommend this place at all!
