Craig provides exceptional service as a home inspector. His knowledge of all related systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and general construction is of great benefit to the customer. I contacted Craig and within a few days he met me at the subject home and conducted the full inspection. He arrived with all the tools, ladders, equipment, and proper attire (with over a foot of snow on the ground and single-digit temps, he walked the home's exterior, then changed footwear when he entered the home) to be efficient and productive. He has great forms to record all that he encountered. He was very professional and courteous to the owner and me, the prospective buyer, as he went about his routine.
