Markham Hill Apartment Community

I like living here a lot, you do get what you pay for, but it worth it. The apartments are a bit old, but everything works for me. I love the nature around and the trees. Maintenance is always helpful. We got lucky with our neighbors, I’ve heard In the past it’s either good or really bad. I can always find a parking spot. All appliances are old but all work.

Very thin walls, I have a morning job and my neighbors keep me up…. Gave me an apartment with rust covered appliances, my dishwasher melts some of my plastics, (was told if we get yours fixed then we would have to fix everyones) warped counters/floors, some of the drawers kept falling off the hinges. Not to mention the bad paint cover ups from past tenants. You get what you pay for.

I am so happy with my apartment here. The grounds are immaculate & no trash. My neighbors are very curteous & never have had disturbances. My income is limited and the apartment is affordable. I don't think I could afford a comprombile unit elsewhere. The management is superior. I highly recommend living here.

These apartments and the property is clean, quiet, maintenance done quickly, manager on site, affordable, very low water and electric bills. The apartments have washer and dryer in every apartment, plus ceiling fasns, garbage disposal, dishwasher, all large appliances, central heat and a.c.. It's also close to the U of A, and shopping plus restaurants. If you get an apartment in the front, you'll have a beautiful view of the mountains!

well I've lived here a year and done had the place flooded five different times they never quite seemed to fix the damages its a chill place tho .. they will screw u on everything ..Lindsey ya kno 😂 ..if it wasn't for constant water damage problems which leads to mold (they deny) would be great place..sux rent went up sixty dollars after a year tho $630 for a tiny one bedroom 😒 ..maintenance crew is awesome great people...but lindsay is shady 🤯
