Nice friendly apartment complex nothing to weird. Located conveniently next to shopping mall. Oh so there is a Taco Bell and few other fast food restaurants here.

I’ve lived here almost 6 years. My son has enjoyed the amenity of the pool and I have enjoyed the kindness and support of management. I would recommend this community to all family types. Thank you to Maggie and Natalia for being amazing to my son and I throughout our time residing here. It means a lot to us.

We just moved in and I am impressed by the place so far. The office staff are friendly and welcoming. The apartments have a great amount of space and I really like the color/pattern of vinyl flooring. I walk my dogs everyday and I appreciate how clean the complex is and that there is plenty of clean grassy areas. The maintenance staff are very responsive to requests and they are always willing to answer your questions. I also want to point out that the complex has a decent gym, a beautiful pool, and a nice sized playground with a basketball court. I was nervous about moving here and I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the place looks and how friendly the staff and the residents have been. I would recommend living here!

Wish I could give 0 stars. The way they handled the death of my gf of 3 years, who died suddenly and unexpectedly was without compassion or decency. Now, I'd been living with her, but was not on the lease so I understand my lack of rights in this and fully expected them to not allow me to stay there. When I approached them to ask about access to begin cleaning, packing up her things, and moving my things, they essentially said they can't trust me to not lock myself in and squat... Which i ridiculous because if I was going to do that don't you think I wouldn't have left when asked the first time? Then what? Barricade myself in there and prepare for the standoff with the cops? Like ..not even a "sorry for your loss" or "our condolences" for the grief and shock I must be experiencing.

The management here is questionable. They allow my neighbor to harass me and my family they make up stories about me smoking in my house and send me complaints constantly when we don't smoke in our home at all. We are compliant in every way but no matter what they find something to leave a note on my door about. I've complained about my neighbor who shouts at my kids. Threatening us with calling the cops every time she sees us. Our complaints go unheard and unchecked yet we get notices for things that are untrue. If you are a POC I highly recommend not moving here
