Horrible place to live. My roof has leaked in my bedroom, bathroom and living room since I moved in. Every month I submit a maintenance request through their "Meld" 3rd party app. I have to take off of work everymonth for the games they play of sending someone out to inspect the damage and still do nothing. The hallways smell of trash and have bugs because they dont have a dumpster and the trash collector does not always come on Monday Wednesday and Friday like I was told. Someone broke a window in the hallway and no one has come to fix it or pick up the glass. There is no parking so you have to purchase it from the city with the nearest lot 2 blocks away. That lot is full on the weekends from club crowd and ifbyoubgobanywherebyouraelf you wont be able to park when youbget home. Incidents

i lived here for three years and i saw the drastic decline of the facility. — Homeless people sleep and get drunk in the hallways and stairwells. They scream and shout and bang on the walls all hours of the night. Homeless people sleep in the handicap ramp (which has no key fob lock, so it’s not accessible if you need it) and in front of the building. — Your safety is not their concern. Someone tried to break into my apartment and vandalized my mailbox and both incidents required them 3-5 days to check the camera footage and both times they were unable to view it because of a “problem with the cameras”. The doors are constantly propped open so anyone can come in. — Bugs, dead and alive, everywhere — plus you’re expected to clear a whole day from work at least once a month so someone can

Lived here for a year (at the cost of my mental health) Infested with cockroaches also saw a mouse once. Dusty. Dirty. Trash piles up outside regularly. Limited parking which costs over $100 a month. Broken tiles. Window didn’t stay open - was told because one stays open they wouldn’t fix it. 24/7 extremely strong weed smell. Do not live here. Still fighting to get my security deposit back because they mailed it to the wrong address twice despite me providing the correct address months ago and confirming it twice by phone.

I've lived here almost 3 years and since new management took over (early 2020), things have been great. I had a leak in my roof that took some time to repair, but Heather (the property manager) was always responsive and kept me updated about roof repairs, both temporary and permanent. Mina, who handles all the maintenance, is by far the best maintenance worker I've ever encountered at any apartment I've lived in. He's kind, professional, efficient, and very communicative. There are issues in the building typical of any apartment complex in an urban area--some noise at night/during the weekend (in the building and the neighborhood itself), some dirty hallways (though the building is cleaned each week), but nothing beyond what I'd consider standard for urban apartment living. The location of

This complex is disgusting. I drove there for a tour of a room for rent, and the first thing I noticed was clothes/random objects/graffiti in front of the entrance. I thought I would at least give the inside a chance, then my showing got canceled 20 minutes before it was supposed to start. Then I thought, at least I’ll look around inside the building to see if it was as bad inside, and since the door was propped open I went in. There were dead cockroaches allll over the floor, no joke, and I could hear a yappy dog barking very clearly from one of the rooms. Maybe the rooms themselves are okay, but my guess would be that best case scenario you will still be dealing with cockroaches. It is very clear the landlord does not care about keeping this place in any kind of good condition
