Market Station Apartments

I have had such a great experience so far at Market Station. From my tour to move in, Cheryl and Cameron have been absolutely amazing. They are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive, and they truly go above and beyond to help. Moving can be stressful, but their support and care made the entire process so much smoother and easier. They made me feel welcomed and at home right away. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents, and that makes such a difference. I’m so grateful for them and highly recommend this property because of the wonderful team here!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Garbage place. Roaches everywhere. Poorly maintained roads and endless speed bumps. Management is rude and impossible to work with. There's no in-unit laundry but their laundry rooms are awful. Everything breaks, you pay money just to get wet laundry, or washers that don't start at all. There have been multiple car break ins, this is not a safe area. Not recycling, just trash that piles up. Maintenance will also enter your apartment with no notice and not even knock. The pool is also a lie, it doesn't pass inspections. There are also stray cats EVERYWHERE, so you have to be extremely careful where you drive. Be very very warned, you will be charged expensive rent with that money going absolutely nowhere for the residents. Beware!! Go anywhere else.

My dad lived at Market Station Apartments, and I can’t say enough about how caring and supportive the office staff was during a really difficult time for our family. When my dad was diagnosed with dementia and we had to navigate his move-out, Cheryl and team went above and beyond for us. She handled every interaction with so much empathy, patience, and understanding. She answered my many questions, kept me updated, and treated my dad with genuine dignity and respect. In a situation that could have been overwhelming, she made things feel manageable and showed a level of compassion you don’t often find.

I was a faithful tenant for about five years and the management is terrible. Cheryl is one of the rudest ladies in the office and she’s over the whole operation. The other people will not help you. They pretty much just listen to what she says do for their jobs experience bedbugs and have documentation to prove to anyone who wants to see it. They will not tell you about these problems. They will just try to move you in to get your money being a water technician I know about water water damage and mold, which I am certified in my neighbor flooded her upstairs bathroom water came through my light fixtures and vents, but when I mentioned this to Cheryl, she tried to ask me what did I discover and get me to do free work which she should have hired someone to do. I know this place is not a project !! even at the project they will give you Notice that they will be walking around in your apartment but I don’t like for the fact that someone will come and go in your apartment and bathroom and see your underwear that’s not nice I paid my rent on time I deserve Privacy please let me know ahead of time please and thank they told me that they had cameras but when my car got stolen they to me that they don’t have a camera Lord help me
