The woman in the office, Kimberly, has absolutely no idea what true customer service, organization, integrity and honesty truly is. My husband did work for her, and she completely ripped him off. She is not someone to be trusted, and I feel sorry for the owners of market one real estate. I don't know how she's ever able to find a lease, a rent receipt, a work order, or even a pain in her pigsty of an office. she listens to her voicemails on speakerphone while customers are in her office trying to conduct business. How unprofessional!

Discriminated against my fiancé & I because we weren’t married yet & made us pay $1,200 (+ the rent for the month) to move into an old house in the middle of the North side of Lawton. We’re a young family so apparently they thought they could take advantage of us. We’ve been in this house for 3 months now & have had nothing but issues. Now we’re dealing w our home heating to 87 degrees everyday w the air pushing constantly. Yet we’re told that it’s not their responsibility to put insulation in the home & they’re badgering us for their window AC unit back. Crazy that they’ll take such amounts of money from new, young parents. Yet can’t afford more than one window unit for their tenants. - Aviance & Spencer.

I rented a townhouse from this company when I was stationed at Fort Sill. The AC went out in the middle of July, and it took them 2 weeks to repair it. My family and I were miserable, and to add insult to injury, when it was time for me to move, they stold my deposit. Hopefully, this review helps a battle out. RUN AWAY!
