I wanted to provide a review for all potential renters thinking about living here, or applying/living in a Cornerstone Apartments managed building. While my experience has been limited to a single complex, most of the other pieces can apply to Cornerstone as an organization and their handling of tenant/building issues. YMMV as some parts are specific to one or the other. TLDR: Cornerstone and their building managers displayed a gross lack of concern for a safe and habitable apartment, and responded with vague communication around mold. Will update this if opinions change! I really wish I could give more stars here. I moved here in March and I love my spacious one bedroom. I find the vintage kitchen/appliances super cute and everything work great. The location is amazing and the price is reasonable for how much space I have. The low stars comes from how much you can hear from upstairs and next door neighbors. The building is old so walls and floors/ceilings are THIN. Expect to hear everything from regular footsteps above you to someone in the unit next to you watching a movie/ playing music. It becomes very disturbing after a while, especially while working from home. Management has been good and helped me out where they could. Got my tags stolen recently from parking here and the property manager was not helpful. Will keep this updated though. Continuously disappoint by management of such a huge property managment company Cornerstone Apartments.
