Mark Spain Realty Company Was hired by my husband and I, on June 1st, 2025. They were released/fired by us June 9th, 2025. The previous statements in the reviews were true./ They truly earned their extremely low reviews. They come back with several extremely low offers( intentionally done). To try and force you to sell your home with them as a realty company so they collect commission from your home sale. The Guaranteed Offer is a " JOKE" they are extremely low to the point to where you would not benefit from selling your home. But yet instead they would turn around and sale Or rent your home out to his maximum price. In other words, you can't benefit but they would benefit.
