I had a great experience working with Mark Huang. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients. He is very familiar with the entire home buying process and always took the time to explain each step clearly, which made everything much less stressful. During home tours, he was very detail-oriented and helped identify potential issues with the property, not just focusing on closing the deal. He also went above and beyond by recommending reliable contractors for inspections, estimates, and repairs, which was incredibly helpful. Realtor to realtor Mark is by far one of the best I know. He was, in fact, the first agent that taught me about the importance of doing sewer line inspections. He taught me that staging for every home, even if it's something that's small, that may not seem important, will enable a buyer to feel more at home and will enable a realtor to be more confident in making sure that that property is perfect for their client. When we listed our house Mark offered advice on things we could improve to make the house more desirable for potential buyers. We ended up with 6 offers, and Mark did a great job of negotiating to get us the best price for our house. We went under contract in 4 days.
