Mark and his team took on my very complicated case halfway through the buying process as my other lender dropped out due to issues on their end. I had a very complicated DSCR loan which they were able to navigate very swiftly. In addition to this, they helped me close from overseas. Kyle especially went above and beyond helping me close from halfway around the world, working with me with the time difference to ensure everything happened on time. These guys are knowledgeable, prompt and transparent. Will use again.
