Mariposa Park Apartments

Love our new apartment manager!!!! She gets stuff done hunny and she gets it done fast. It's a great change from the horrible management we had over the last 6 months. But yes Melina does her best and she is very kind to us residents. She is on property EVERYDAY she is supposed to be and she is very caring. She's only been with us 3 weeks and we already see a change. Great job Melina. Keep up the good work!!! And thank you for the care that you provide to the residents. We appreciate you.

Rafael the maintenance helped fix my shower and also fixed my garbage disposal. Gracias Rafael, i appericated it. Edith and Melina are very sweet and kind. Highly recommed living here.

I just want to first thank Melina, she was very helpful and understanding.. The apartments are very nice😊 and spacious i would definitely recommend 10/10. They are second chance leasing. Very affordable. 🩷

The manager Melina at this apartment complex is awesome she was amazing helping me and my dad find the right apartment for us. Definitely Happy to be making this place my New home.
