I have lived here for 3 years and right now we have the best Manager Amber. I have never had no issues with her she has always been friendly unlike all the other managers we have had. She actually gets stuff done.

If peace of mind, management that cares, maintenance that does their job in a timely manner, and considerate neighbors is what your looking for don’t move here. I’ve been here two years and there were a lot of red flags that I didn’t take heed to and should’ve. The first red flag was not getting to tour the unit before signing the lease. While this is only my second apartment, I’ve never heard of not being able to tour an apartment before signing the lease. That seems like a scammy way to trap people. Upon getting the keys and walking into my new apartment I found it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Unused microwave popcorn, candy and trash was left in the kitchen cabinets. The stove covers were rusted and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. There was also a flea infestation and after 3 days of

Maintenance is improving majorly. Stairs replaced in a day. Great work, very professional and feel much safer going up and down. Thank you so much. Now if I could just understand this paperwork I will be doing great.

I have lived here for 2 years now and a lot has improved,less noise and very well maintained the playground for the kids could use a little upgrade like add a swing set (etc) overall the staff is very helpful and the workers are friendly and attend to Maintainance requests fast.

For almost 1,800 u can get out dated white appliances and an apartment with a fire place! U don't get to see ur unit at all before signing the lease and all the pics on the website are OUTDATED except for the office.. When moving things into my apartment I found half eaten chips and a chip bag in my closet along with chip crumbs everywhere on my closet floor along with a water heater that had red sticky gunk all over it and SET MOUSE TRAPS in my kitchen that could of hurt my cat along with OPEN rat poison traps..thank god I found them when I did.Also make sure ur dressed 24/7 and Presentable cause maintenance will just unlock ur door and come in when ever (they make u sign in the lease that they can sadly)had a maintenance man unlock my door and get mad at me when I told him he couldn't
