Mariposa Apartment Homes

The Mariposa apartment homes have to be the most disgusting, dirtiest, and smelliest place I’ve ever lived in. This place is infested with roaches and dog feces everywhere! Don’t ever count on finding parking and if you thought atleast maybe the staff will be professional, caring people well they aren’t. The Reviews speak for themselves. We also had them fumigate twice, and we never saw any results.

If you are looking for an apartment I don’t recommend you to go there the guy that is there his name is Joseph is so rude I went to get information and he couldn’t give it to me he was just too short and he told me that if I wanted to apply to apply online I also ask him if he would give me a tour or show me a unit and he told me that I needed an appointment that he didn’t had time to show me anything. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOT IN MY LIFE. He needs to more polite with the people.

roaches infestation even if you keep your place clean. at times unsafe. poor management. they invest more time in maintaining building A rather than B, if you go look at both you can see the difference on cleanliness and looks. water keeps coming out ice cold even after 20 minutes of continuous water running. I come back from work wanting to shower just to shower with ice cold water. you can definitely look for much better apartments for the same price from these. Save your time doing that, not worth it here

I have lived here for about a year and have not had any issues with the property or with management. Every time i go into the office they are very attentive and great as soon as you walk in. Maintenance is very efficient and i think the longest they take to respond to a maintenance request is two days. the property is always very clean and well maintained and my apartment is super spacious!!! i never feel crowded even when i have company over! The parking isn't an issue because i have one car! i love it here and i have no roaches!!!!

Not a safe place to live made 2 police report with my neighbor upstairs that in dangered my children’s life twice by throwing large objects down to our yards while my kids were outside they still have him there maintance guy alejandro rivera did everything possible to make out stay miserable didn’t want to do anything to our apartment its was bad the last 2 years with them i left for our safety they would break into cars and they didn’t do anything about it unsafe place to live i just moved out 2 months ago don’t recommend it at all
