Mariposa Apartment Complex

Apartments and complex are beautiful, very nice gym and pool table. There are great spaces for taking your dog outside. You also get a garage which is very beneficial as well. We have no complaints, it’s very family/ child friendly with a small park and a splash pad.

Wonderful place to live! Very quiet and very home like. Wonderful, friendly and professional staff. Amazing atmosphere and would highly recommended.

If you plan on renting with them just be careful, the staff is nice until move out. When I moved in a ladder was left in my apartment, the carpets were not cleaned when I moved in. They sent me a final bill and then wanted to revise it after. Tried to tell me that I had left stains on the carpet on the stairs when I wrote that on my move in paper. We had our gutters redone halfway through my lease and the property was a mess and nails were left in the drive way constantly. I asked to have the unit walked with me before moving out and was told that they did not do that. Vicky in the office is pleasant to deal with but Linda the manager rushed me off the phone and blamed it on being first of the month. LOVE this place. My apartment is the perfect size for me with plenty of room and super homey feel! It's a great place to come home to and feel safe and comfortable. The garage is such a huge bonus because so few apartments come with this feature. It really does make me feel like I have my own little sanctuary where I don't have to drag my groceries in from the rain or heat. Neighbors have been super but the management has always been so kind and helpful. It's nice to feel like they truly care about me on a personal level. They have always been very friendly and seem to be happy to see me every time!

This property is fantastic. Clean and spacious with great amenities. Plenty of extra parking for guests. I love my 1 bed 1 bath large 860sq ft apartment. Quiet property with friendly and responsive management. Linda is fantastic and always says hi to me and asks if everything is going OK when I see her.
