Their receptionist has zero customer service skills. Neither did the person that handled our closing. We won't be using them in the future

Communicative and professional are the best words to describe Marion Title and Escrow. Catherine worked through a storm with NO POWER in the building to make sure the deal I was working with closed on time. I'm not sure of many title companies that would do a closing by candle light if needed! Their dedication to their craft and to property buyers and sellers is appreciated. Our closing was so smooth and seamless, we almost forgot the enormity of the event. Donna Noren took time to explain every step of the process in detail and was eager to answer our every question, some weeks before we even showed up in her office. She was a delightful mix of professional and friendly which helped make this day even more special to us.

Worst Title Company I ever encounter, my realtor and me basically has to do everything instead of them, and even with our help they manage to make mistake and don't put mobile home on my name. Make me drive to them multiple times to hand- deliver signed papers and money orders and take forever to respond and in result even after my realtor manage to contact seller and seller sign papers - it was wrong papers so Title mistake still unfixed and seller don't responding anymore, because he already signed twice, really it's understandable that he is annoyed by lack of service. This title company very slow unhelpful and blames all their mistakes on buyer and seller and anyone else. Especially Heather Trall, she is not good to work with, sorry to say that. I am very disappointed and now don't k
