One of the most despicable property management runs this place by the name is Of FRYE. They don’t let you see the apartment and want you to leave your deposit in first months rent. There are mice and cockroaches running rampant in the apartments and they do not have a pest control department that takes care of this. My best friend’s apartment has had a leak in both bathrooms since she moved Here in November. They are lazy and don’t want to handle anything that is wrong in the apartment. You best look for somewhere to live on the other side of the water like Hampton

Keyshara was amazing! I came to office asking about my renewal she answered all my questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ms.Kelly has helped me every step of the way with any concerns and issues I have had . She always has a positive attitude no matter what the situation and what my mood my be that day . My maintenance tickets are always completed in a timely manner , my unit has no issues. Thank you guys for always being professional

Man this apartment complex is so bad. Do not i mean do not stay here at all unless you want your lungs filled with infested vents with mold and roaches. Property manager feel like she too good to respond to calls or emails. Its sad something probably wont happen until somebody dies from mold. My friend had his roof cave in and fall on his daughter

No one responds to emails or phone calls. I had a work order in for my toilet for 5 months before someone fixed it. It was leaking and I was without the toilet for the entirety of that time. They attempted to say I was late on rent multiple times then when I provided my receipt saying other wise they dropped it. They claimed I didn’t pay a pet deposit then when I provided my receipt they dropped it. They threatened to kick me out in every one of these situations. My ring doorbell caught the office workers talking bad about tenants. My lease ended in December and they are attempting to charge me for January rent and will not answer any phone calls or emails. I do not want to give them no stars. The property manager is so unprofessional. They never pick up the phone. The apartments are a mess. They are infected with mold and plants growing inside the home. If you are trying to get sick, then you need to move out there if you’re not trying to get sick stay away from this place. Pipes in the walls are loose, causing water to drain inside the house. water coming from out the carpet. Lots of rats in the front parts that’s why a lot of them empty in the front. If you notice you just moved in there and turn on the AC give it a couple of days you will be sick after that mold and mildew blowing out the vents.Do not move there. I won’t even let my worst enemy move there.
