Mariners Village Apartments

I have lived in Mariners village for a while now. I’m very pleased with the service. Thank you Diana for helping me with service request and answer my questions. Thank you for all you do.

they hire landscaping they mowed over my plants i calmly asked to replace them assuming they have insurance he said his boss is coming so what he did instead was come to my house knock on my door with his gun and threatened to kill me. cops are no help just a civil matter. i find out they live here and he owns the company so its not like ill be contacting the owner to get him fired so im going after his llc instead. and the apartment for code violations even on there own pictures theres code violations no supports for multiple balconies when they rot away they just remove them pretend like they were never there and theres termites atleast in my building

Things were good at first. Office was nice and they had no breed restriction just a weight. However when we toured OUR apartment it was dirty and even a condom was on the floor. Then things got worse when the maintenance man got drunk with his buddies next door and when I went to walk my dog she barked at them, which is normal because she a dog. Well he got angry and threatened to shoot her. He indeed came back with five other men and they all had guns. He said this all in front of my daughter and I wasn't pleased. DO NOT MOVE HERE WORSE PLACE TO CALL HOME.

this is a great community, everyone is friendly. they are very accommodating with animals, which is a big thing for me. i have never had to call about a noise complaint, and the pool is very nice.

Los apartamentos no estan en buen estado ademas cuando se descompone la estufa o refrigerador incluso el aire acondicionado para remplazarlos tardan muchisimo y cuando lo asen traen puras cosas viejas que incluso dan asco de usarlas
