Mariners Village Apartments

I just moved and it’s nice and spacious. And really clean. It’s quiet and there is new management so I hope me putting this out there helps. Tori is doing a great job considering she’s doing this on her own. When you have a problem, she gets to it just about immediately. Moving in is super quick. So be prepared.

This is literally the worst place ever. Believe the bad reviews. I moved here in July of 2025. The day I was supposed to move, the apartment was still filthy. There is still plastic hooks in the kitchen sink from the previous tenants that were never removed. The master bathroom had a leak that they took 3 weeks to fix. There's been water in the walls which have been growing mold since day one. (Still haven't fixed it or even came to look at it) The hallways smell like a combination of piss and Marijuana and is always full of stains and trash. Speaking of, ALL the residents smoke it, so if you don't, prepare to have your apartment/clothes smell like it all the time. Real nice for a kid who has breathing problems to begin with. There is NEVER any parking. You would think nobody has a job aro

4 months into our 12mo lease. June13th, we got our keys and turned in the list of 15 different broken and missing items/structures and basic security equipment that are still not fixed. Examples: a 3”x3” corroded hole in the side of our bedroom bathroom sink; broken front door frame can be pushed opened WITH the deadbolt locked; all windows are 100% sealed shut; majority light switch and fixtures loose/broken/missing; 2 broken shower rods and unable to use bedroom bathroom due to missing caulking and water leaks; dishwasher not working and full of standing water/black mold. The list continues to grow to this day - spray paint vandalism outside our unit; active raw sewage leak outside our window; broken mailbox and missing mail; backflow garbage disposal and dishwasher when used; ceiling

I have lived at Mariners village for 2 years and they just hired a new tech named Jake and he is amazing. He helped me out with my work orders and even stayed after hours to make sure it was done. I am also thankful for having Brandon back here as Manager, he is a rockstar! I also want to give a mention to the other tech Travis.i would rank him a 20 out of 10!

The worst apartment complex I've ever seen, if you talk to it all day, it won't be enough bad. They created its exterior to attract attention, but inside there is hell. The maintenance is bad. And don't respond. I advise you not to come here.
