Mariner at South Shores

Kathy is amazing! She made my move in experience extremely easy. She answered all of my questions and I was able to view the model apartment twice…My actual unit is perfect! Its cleanliness exceeded my expectations…I had a 911 maintenance issue the day I moved in and maintenance showed up ASAP! So far, The Mariner had exceeded my expectations! 10/10! Highly recommend!

Manny repaired a broken shelf in the master bedroom closet. He fortified the shelf and added new support brackets. I'm am very pleased with the outcome- a stronger shelf. He cleaned up after himself by finding stray screws and picking up any remnants that fell as he used the drill. Before entering the apt, I noticed that Manny also covered his shoes to ensure he did not bring in any outdoor debris and to leave the place as clean as he found it. Thanks for your caring and diligence, Manny.

Updated review: I've lived at the Mariner for almost two months now & things have gone swimmingly. The staff is very responsive to my questions & clarifications sought, to the one maintenence issue I had, & the complex itself is very well maintained. In an earlier review I questioned the status of my 2-week application to move there. Needless to say...question answered. Hats off to the staff at Mariner! Lastly, the neighbors I've met are cool, helpful, & everybody minds their own business.

Do not move to the mariner at south shores if you value your safety and health or if you are an honest citizen with good morals and standards. They allow ppl to have pit bulls who don’t control their dog and pose threats to other residents

Dani, Jonathan ( property managers) and Manny ( maintenance) have been amazing. I lived here for 2 years. Only moved due to a new job. They have always taken care of us and provide what we requested for our place. Overall I highly recommend this property!
