Marina Vista Apartments

Living here at marina vista has been a wonderful experience. Everybody is so friendly, The landscape is lush and well kept. There is a lady that works in the office. Her name is Miss kim and she is a breath of fresh air. She made my experience 10 times better due to her warmth welcoming and phenomenal customer service. I wasn't sure if I wanted to live here but after building a bond with Ms. kim I knew that this was a great choice.

I recently moved into this place, and my experience has been excellent. The service was very quick and professional from the very beginning. The apartment is comfortable, beautiful, and well-maintained, which truly makes it feel like home. The management team is organized and always willing to help. I want to especially highlight Kim’s work and support — she has been incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient throughout the entire process. Her help made my move much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place. ❤️

I couldn’t be happier with my experience living at this apartment complex! From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and always quick to help with anything I need. The property is beautifully maintained—clean common areas, well-kept landscaping, and a peaceful atmosphere that really feels like home.

Kim is great. I highly recommend these apartments. They helped me with everything I needed help with and made this process so quick and easy. This being my first apartment I couldn’t be more excited. Great community i definitely wouldn’t want to be any where else.

Kimberly was beyond amazing. she was personable, helped me get the application process finished quickly and was super helpful with everything. the property itself is very nice and i have multiple friends who live there, who have no complaints. i would highly reccommend renting here!!
